white posterboard is good or go to a home improvement store and get white wall paneling. But the white wall would be the simplest

do not paint the wall white, paint the wall a dark gray or black, and then hang a white bed sheet in front pulled tight on a wooden frame the higher the thread count the better, use no less than 800

Build one yourself for less than $100.

www.dazian.com carries great screen material.  Then stretch it over a wood frame and cover with some nice picture framing.

Hang a white bed sheet. Or, to get "ghetto," tape up a bunch of white printer sheets.

You can paint using standard white paint but that will not reproduce the correct color plate and its reflectivity will be too low. or you can buy specialized paint which is agood inexpensive alternative. They are color balanced and have inclusions that will bring up the reflectivity.
