Lobster......simply divine!! Anyway you prepare it, I love it! Shrimp is pretty amazing as well; tempura, steamed, grilled, sauteed, fried.........I sound like Bubba gump!! King Crab legs are wonderful too. Very very rare ahi tuna is delicious. I love smoked salmon (LOX) on salt bagels also! I love most fish, shellfish, and seafood.

Rocky Mountain Oysters arent oysters at all in fact they are testicles that have been removed from a bull. but my favorite seafood dish is Margarita Shrimp.
