Besides hotmail,bigpond,optus,yahoo what other email services are there?

i want a new email website with out having to change my internet broadband to bigpond or something any safe emails sites out there?

i use www.bigstring.com because you can set your emails to automatically disappear or self destruct and you can also recall the email back, its pretty cool to me
