My next door neighbour uses Baking soda she adds a bit to her tooth paste.She is about 87 & as all her teeth & there white infact there better than mine.

Bakind soda works. Just put some on your toothbrush and brush your teeth like normal.

I brush my teeth in the morning and at night, and I floss every night, and my teeth are white. Teeth whiteners are basically for A)perfectionists & B)Lazy people.

baking soda, and peroxide work if it's an extrinsic stain.

Try baking soda and peroxide mixture, make a paste and brush with it but do not swallow it!
