The human body has evolved in a way that gives it an upper limit of 200 years, and only a very small fraction of people live past 100 years, the oldest at present being around 122.

This is a bit off the point - but the atmosphere before and after The Flood seems to have been very different.  That is why people in the Bible who lived before the Flood lived hundreds of years.  Afterward their lifespans dropped to more like what we have now.  Some people propose that is why some dinosaurs were so big - they may have also lived hundreds of years and just kept growing like most lizards today.
