Besides the main event, what other fights are good in the Affliction: Banned fight card?

This card is the best showcase of MMA Heavyweight talent since the PRIDE GP in 2000.

For the past two years, the HW division was considered defunct since PRIDE was bought out and many top fighters were left looking for jobs.

Some weren't able to came to terms with the UFC or not offered contracts. These include: Fedor Emelianenko, Aleksander Emelianenko, Sergei Kharitonov, Mark Hunt, and Josh Barnett. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, Fabricio Werdum, and Heath Herring were offered contracts and now Nogueira is the current UFC Champion and Herring and Werdum are both top contenders.

This event should be the revival of a division that, until 2007, was the most prominent division in MMA, dating all the way from 1993 and MMA's open-weight roots.

OMG...just call this card the best card ever in MMA history.  First off it has 5 of the top 10 heavyweights in the world.  Besides the main event, which is Fedor #1 vs Silvia #5, it also has Josh Barnett #4 facing Pedro Rizzo, one of only three guys to beat barnett.  Also, Andre Arlovski #6 is faceing Ben Rothwell who has been dominating the IFL.  Fedors lil brother, Aleksander #10 is also fighting a decent fighter in Paul Buentello.

Not only these fights but also the return of Renato "Babalu" Sobral vs Mike Whitehead.  Babalu was in the UFC but got kicked out after he would not let go of a submission hold.  The last fight I am excited about is Antonio Rogerio Nogueria the heavyweight champ in UFC's brother.  He is fighting Edwin Dwees.

Overall, this is the best card I have ever seen, get it!!

All the fights on the main card are. Not all of these guys are well known in the US but are hightly regarded around the world.  Aleksander Emelianenko is fighting on the undercard too. He's one of the most under rated fighter in the HW division.
