Besides their Headquarters in Golden Valley, where else does General Mills have offices or production plants?

They are a manufacturer/producer.  They manufacture and produce that goods that are sold in stores.

I don't believe there is any retail stores at present.   However, they did have a retail store at Mall of America at one time where they sold custom made cereals, apparel, and assorted gifts and things.  But that closed.

They also had Cereal Adventures that was also at Mall of America, which was a children's based amusement and learning center.  That also closed.
