    whole grain options


  2. Raw foods.  No, I'm not a raw foodist, but every once in a while, I do like a refreshing raw meal.

  4. Gluten-free menu items and also MSG free items.

    Many people cannot eat food items that contain either one or even both!!

    Fish/shellfish

    There is also fruitarian and raw diets and of course the level 5 vegans (in reference to the Simpsons)
