Besides water, what are a few polar compounds?

I can't find any other ones besides water and sodium chloride.

  1. The first answer to your question was correct. I&#039;m not sure why anyone would have given it a thumbs down.

    NaCl is not polar, it is an ionic compound.


  2. Um, I think pyridine is one of them.  I&#039;m not sure.  Look it up.

  3. Ethanol and methanol are polar, as are ammonia, chloroform, and dichloromethane. Actually sodium chloride is an ionic compound.
