that would make you NOT be a fan of them anymore? cuz other then moving i couldnt find a way to hate my home team

Yes..Another Black Sox scandal would do it for me...If my Phils made it to the Series AND took a payoff to throw the Series I would not follow the team I've followed since birth.

As a Phillies fan it would take something drastic to make me lose the affiliation that I have had for 33 years...something like them signing only serial killers and rapists or like Joe said, throwing the WS (they don't get there enough to throw one when they have the chance to win it!).  That would be the only thing that could make me lose interest in them, I have already been through way too much to give up on them now!

Nothing I can think of. I've stuck by the Mets through seasons of lousy baseball, through last year's collapse, through years that should have ended with championships, through teams comprised of high-priced hooligans, and I keep coming back for more.

thats a good question actually.  Theres not much one person could do to effect an entire ball club enough to make me not a fan of the cardinals unless it was terrorist proportions.  I guess i would stop being a die hard fan if the team just started making all sorts of terrible decisions.  If say, they traded pujols, fired larussa, decided to make the turf clay and double ticket prices.... i would for the time being, stop being a cardinals fan.
