Bessell steam cleaner #%$@#%%$%

Question

On this unright steam cleaner the "wet trigger" is not working. There is good vacuum that will pick up liquid off the carpet but neither the liquid squirting mech nor the brushes are working. This machine has been used once and at that time worked great. There appears to be no blocks of belts etc. please help
