  1. kicker would be the best bet to put in your car and you can go on ebay and get a sub amp combo and since price is something you are not worrying about then you will be paying for the best subs, but you might be better off getting 2 12's

  2. That has very little to do with the actual brand of sub woofer.  You need to learn about different type of enclosures and how they preform before you buy anything.  A good place is www.bcae1.com.

And keep in mind there is no best, period.  There are great choices based on a number of criteria.

  3. Rockford Fosgate T1 15, Alpine Type R 15 - If price matters

    Fosgate T2 15, Alpine Type X 15 - If price dosn't matter

If you prefer bass over spl, you might want to go with a 12.  15's are usually just the magnet structure from the 12" sub with a 15 cone attached, so you get a deeper bass, but much less control and clearity.

If price isn't an object, you can get better subs as 12's.  Many top car audio companies don't even produce 15's.  You can run a pair of 12's in a nice ported box, and get the same low end of a 15, with more power and clearity than a 15.  If you want to go that route, take a look at some JL W7 12's.

  4. You'd be better off with two 12" subs than one 15".
