  1. Silver. It's ready to outpace gold. Time for the next upleg.

  2. Wind power. It is exploding right now. Also trains and gold.

  3. 2 years?  You should put it in a money market or CD. Find a safe secure investment.  You don't have time to ride out a market cycle.

  4. For 2 years you can go for some short term mutual fund,

    either bank deposit

  5. No matter which time frame you choose for your investments, I tell my clients to diversify. Allocate part of your portfolio to fixed income investments (treasury bills, bank CDs, rental property income), and capital growth securities (stocks, foreign exchange, options/futures). Depending on your risk appetite, best 50-50, but if you are risk averse, 80-20 in favor of fixed income investments.

    Hope this helps!

  6. Better open a high yield account in a bank in Eastern Europe. You will get a 12% APY with NO RISK. All deposits are insured by the government.

    12% annual return is guaranteed

I have opened such a high yield account 5 years ago. Email me for more info.

    Good luck!
