Best 'southern' or 'cajun' style restaurant in NYC?

I'm looking for a good southern style kind of place in nyc. BBR or Cajun style.

Anyone know a place that serves REAL southern style sweet tea? (can you tell someone is homesick? lol)

Im not too familiar with cajun or southern food

But Acme on Great Jones Street has that whole southern feel like they have chicken fried steak which was pretty good. and like smashed potatoes which are to die for.
