  1. Sam Kekovich, because he makes such good adverts on the tv!

    "You know it makes sense!"

  2. Robert Harvey! What an absolute Champion :D

The only thing he hasn't achieved is a premiership :(

But no doubt there has been so many great players!! It's soooo hard to pick just one.

  3. Leigh Matthews

  4. Polly Farmer he changed the game for the better.

  5. One of three players Wayne Carey, Leigh Matthews or Tony Lockett.

  6. of course everyone expects me to say Dale Thomas but i wont. im guna say Gary Ablett Sr. i would have said Leigh Matthews but i dont like the Brisbane team.

  7. You're kidding!  You want us to narrow it down to just ONE?  Ok.  Chris Tarrant!  Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!   Sorry.  Couldn't resist.  Ummm...... Wow...... I'd have to go with Tony Lockett.

  8. Leigh Matthews or Ron Barassi

  9. Ben Cousins.  He was so fit and quick, he could run from the police.

Or maybe he had some chemical assistance?

  10. Well we can only go on who we have seen really, i can't sit hear and say Haydon bunton Jr, but he won 3 brownlows, as did skilton, Stewart etc but if i had to say the best i have seen, it would out of a few, jesaulenko, farmer,Royce hart, Bartlett, Mathews, Keith Grieg,Carey,Judd, hird,, there are a heap, but the one that stands out as the best overall footballer that i have seen in action would be no doubt GARY ABLETT SNR. no one is close in my opinion, forget his personal life, i am going on pure football brilliance alone.

  11. All these old players you are all saying would not stand a chance in todays game. A player like Buddy Franklin would have been unstoppable years ago. Its gotta be a current player like him or Judd.

  12. Ok, i'll make the best player of all time, with Tony Locketts and Buddys Franklins kicking, Chris Judd's extreme running ability, gary Abletts EVERYTHING, Paul Roos's talent too creep out and score winning goals in the dying seconds, Barry Halls strong hands to mark and punch, Daniel Kirr and Brett Kirks amazing tackling skills, Leo Barrys strong hands in the 2005 grandfinal, Quinton Lynches Big kicks and Dale Thomas's high flying, i call him

Sir Leo Quinton Kirkhall roos Thomas Buddyablett Juddo Lockett the 2008 super AFL player .

  13. Warrick Capper

  14. Rene' Kink. AKa The HULK!

  15. Past Tony 'Plugger' Lockett

    Now Jimmy Bartel

  16. There's Only One Tony Lockett!!!

But down the other end of the field..

Steven Silvagni.. I just loved watchen him at work!!

  17. James hird

  18. Browllow Medal, several club best and fairests, numerous career stats, 3 Anzac day medals... how can you go past James Hird??!! At least for this era. And he could play in almost any position on the ground, unlike a lot of the forwards who people have named. Lockett was the greatest goal kicker but certainly not the best over all player. Look at all of the playing positions, there are lots of guys on ground who barely get credit for what they do, look at the backmen for instance! Not all players have the luxury of kicking goals!
