Not only plastic carry bags, there are numerous other thinks like computers, vechile accessories, etc etc like that numerous other thinks made of plastics. In the present scenario we cant avoid plastics because of its advantageous property, that makes it popular

The best and only alternative way is its recycling. Collect and recycle it properly.

According to my opinion  government should make it sure that those companies or any agencies who produce or make use of plastics things should be responsible for its recycling. We can assume how many tonnes of plastics wastes are dumping in to the environment daily in the form of carry bags, tooth paste cover, pens , tooth brushes etc...., which are not getting recycled properly. So producers , consumers of plastics and government agencies should cope in hands to mitigate this issue
