Best Ahi Tuna steak in Vegas?

My husband and I are going on our honeymoon in Vegas. I want to know where we can go to get the best sashimi-grade ahi tuna steak. I hate seafood, but he likes it so if you could suggest a place that has a great tuna steak and some other food for me, that would be great. On or off the strip is fine. Thanks.

Like with every restaurant in Vegas it depends on what you want to spend.

Grand Lux is a good restaurant over all- haven't had their Ahi but I am sure it would be good.

Look in Ceasars or MGM for their Sushi restaurants. Also Hard Rock has Nobu which is PRICEY but great. I don't know about off the strip. Generally the higher end (ie freshest) food is on the strip and will cost you some bucks.

Generally- The best restaurants are in the higher end hotels- Caesars, MGM, Venetian, Bellagio, and Wynn.

You might want to try Emerils in MGM- it is a fish house and sometimes they have tuna sometimes not but they have other dishes besides seafood.
