  1. i stayed in royal decameron montego bay its only 3 star but very clean and the staff were very welcoming. good variety of entertainment.good food and my resident holiday rep was amazing.

  2. We stayed at the Iberostar Tucan in Playa del Carmen (1 hour south of Cancun) and loved it (there has been a lot of beach erosion in the last 6 months on the Yucatan peninsula, so do some homework).  Some kids, but enough to keep them busy and away from the adult activities.  I suggest you do some research on tripadvisor.com.  View traveler photos as opposed to the hotel photos.  Read all of the negative reviews for every resort you are considering and be sure that the negatives are either petty items or things that you can deal with.

Have not been to Jamaica or Caymans.  Good luck.

    Best trip of our lives!

  3. they dont offer any all inclusive resorts in the Caymans at all!!  i am soo sad!  i am right in the middle of planning my honeymoon and thats where we wanted to go.  We have decided on Jamaica.  Couples Swept Away Resort.  it looks so nice, and for two people, round trip, adults only, (premium drinks!) 3200$ www.couples.com...

i have a friend thats been and she said that the pictures look exactly like the resort and beach.  if you find a travel agent, get one to help book it, they help alot, and they have books about the places.

  4. RIU's in Jamaica are great, service, food quality, property.  People are amazing and tips are not expected but appreciated if you want.  Have been to Jamaica 7 times and RIU is the only one we have gone to twice.  (And get out and experience the area) we have ventured to everyplace but Kingston andd have many great memories, just make sure you hire a licensed taxi if you go out on your own.

  5. Half Moon in Jamaica. Most all inclusive serve you cheap drinks and bad food, everything there is top quality, and the service is amazing.
