Best Beaches in Mexico?

What are some of the best beaches in mexico? with white sand and clear water? and along w/ those beaches are there any specific resorts that are good to stay at?

Okay.  This is not the typical answer you will get.  You need to go to Huatulco, Mexico.  This is a 40 minute flight from Mexico City (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IT) and is absolute paradise.  This is not Cancun or Acapulco with all of their tourist c**p. This is true paradise.  Take a 'launcha' or small boat out to one of the little coves... no road access, just you and your partner and paradise.

If money is no object, stay at the Quinta Real.  For more affordable digs, try the Westin Las Brisas.  You will fall in love with Huatulco!
