  4. It depends on your needs. Are you wanting to have it hosted elsewhere as a service? Is multiple design choices needed?

    I would recommend Wordpress overall. You can have them host it or many other online companies host it for you as well. The theme options are limitless created by people. Blogger is a great one as well.

    There is a new service that gives you a lot more control over your website called www.squarespace.com
