Hello

I wish to learn how to, and the steps involved, in creating my own business.. specifically an internet business. i'm a baby and know hardly anything about business, so i wish to get into this and move quickly into advanced because i have a lot of time on my hands now.

I need to know basics up to advanced stuff. But don't really need to know a technical programming computer language. I already know a little of that and have many of the software i need.. I just dont have the know-how. may contract someone to do the coding anyways.

I just want to know the business, financial side of setting up the site, location, setting up methods of payments, creating the business plan, the taxes, advertising it, ect.. and things like setting it up as a c-corp or LLC or whatever else that may be best. whatever i need to know.

I see many books on internet business but what do you recommend? What's worked well for you?

Please, friend, i would appreciate your help. I really wish to learn

  1. I suggest you take a look at http://www.yuwie.com/kazooli

There you will find articles related to online business start ups and many other business options too.

  2. Good Morning, Shane.  That is a really broad question.  I could probably write a pamphlet on the answer.  Creating your own business means coming up with business systems that have never existed before.

It sounds like to me that you want to own assets that produce money for you in something like a franchise.  A franchise is where you're contractually obligated to uphold the vision of other entrepreneurs who've already engaged their business systems.

I have a friend in Birmingham, AL that, along with his son, is creating a traditional business.  He tells me fees just to keep his business going are steep and he's already been accused by the IRS of withholding taxes from them.  He's told me that it's really hard work.  What you might consider is this:  what are you willing to do to keep a business going with only your help.  I say this not to discourage you, but to encourage you.  Check out a turnkey opportunity, which you can incoporate either by C Corp, LLC, or sole proprietorship.  Along with this counsel, I would encourage you to seek out the people you that would encourage you as your business team.  If you're open to this, your'e welcome to connect with our team of entrepreneurs at http://www.proalliance.net/4430609 .  Use password "guest+" to authenticate your login.  One disclaimer:  if this is not what you're looking for, then don't worry about it.
