With those losses coming to Miguel Cotto,Paul Williams and 2 to Antonio Margarito the 3 top welterweights according to Boxrec.com.

They also have greats like Escobar,Gomez,Benitez and Trinidad. As well as P. Williams E. Miranda and De La Hoya all train there is Puerto Rico the Meca of boxing. If not where and why.

I actually agree with your statement. Puerto Rico has most per capita! I was gonna state that!

The next country is Cuba. Cuba has many outstanding champs especially in the olympics.

America has the most beltholders but you gotta understand that all they do is steal fighters from other countries. They are able to pay more while other great fighters never turn pro because there is no money for them.

After Cuba you have "the masses" like USA, Russia, Mexico, Germany, Britain.

im from the uk and i now we dont count in the boxing world

we had some great boxer in fact lots..

and hold 4 ring belts witch is ok for us as we are only limted at it how meny would if we was  good like puerto rico and mexico or USA.
