Best Brand Of Whey Protein?

By best, I don't mean in terms of taste, I mean for bodybuilding, which one has the best effects? I use Optimum 100% Nutrition.

yea man listen to him about that stuff it's good i like it..idk im trying to convince my parents to buy it for me they dont want to they want me to stick with whey if anything so i settle for bodyfortress look at

www.bodyfortress.com it's great 26g in a 33g scoop protein vanilla or  choc. i use that i recommend the vanilla for taste..but the lipotropic stuff is good idk about results trust him there i had it once tastes good i felt good so id recommend it from that just cant tell u personally about how good it works and i finally got my top contributor badge back! =) but i dont wana lose it schools starting and all i wont be on all that much =/

Hey Yamster. I used to use 100% ON Whey Vanilla protein also. I still do use it occasionally or i mix it in with oatmeal sometimes. anyways, i recently switched to a new protein called lipotropic protein. i have had the biggest gains and performance from it and I highly suggest you put thought into getting it. it is only $30 for 5lbs. it tastes great too. see, what it does is promotes lean muscle mass gain, and burns fat!
