Best Buy Warranty on Stolen I-pods?

My I-pod was stolen back in March and i got it from Best Buy with a 2year warranty... will this cover my stolen I-pod?

Warranties don't cover theft...insurance does.

Not it you don't have it.  It's a warranty against the product, not theft.  

And if whoever stole it knows you, they may try to use the warranty.  Report it stolen to BB.

my ipod got stolen 2 times and they do not cover for theft

but i get all my ipods from ebay new.. but not my ipod touch! but nope they dont cover theft sorry!
