Best CHEAP costing foundation? and where to get it

I don't want to waste too much money. I'm 16 and have worn foundation, but the like $40 ones that my mom owns and I think thats too much. I want to buy one at walmart or target. What do YOU suggest? does that one White [but turns YOUR skin tone when applied] foundation work good? Ithink its from covergirl, I cant remember...

I used physicians formula. Its works great and its good for your skin. I think it only costs 11 bucks. Its made of natural ingredients so it wont clog your pours.

I heard true match which i believe is a liquid foundation made by loreal is good. I havn't tried it myself but true match was the best foundation voted by allure magazine readers.

I like Maybelline's Mineral makeup line, especially the loose powder foundation. I got it for like $8 at WalMart. It gives really good coverage and blends evenly.

No! That one sucks. Don't gamble on your skin using cheap drugstore makeup is not the answer. Insted try Sephora Brand it's cheaper but good quality (foundation is like $20) if thats still too expensive for you use something like almay or neutragena. Just remember in the world of make up price really does equal quality.

I haven't heard of that one... I have several that I use... I buy from Target. I use the matte foundation from Maybelline and it's $10 or so.

Also the water based one in the blue tube from Maybelline is really good for the days you don't want anything heavy.

I don't believe in paying $40 for foundation either! LOL
