Best Camcorder?????? (best answer= 5 stars)?

Question

I want a camcorder that is small-ish and portable. I want to use it for horse shows so i can film my friend when she rides. Which camcorder will give me the best picture when I hook it up to my TV? Also, my price range is not over $400.00 -preferably- please give me a link to whre I can look at it. Thank YOu!
