Best Camcorder for under 200?

Question

I honestly dont care if i gota buy it from a mongolian fur trader. I am a Youtube user planning a epic zombie film and i need your help ive looked around and know i can get a great one for under 200 but would like all of your opinions on this.

id like to use it at night

i want the quality to be pretty good doesn't have to be hd but i don't want it to be embarrassing

anyone have ideas??

ive looked at the panasonic sdr-s10 but dont know if the quality will be the best??

This one might be a good option with optical zoom (better than digital zoom) and image stabilization for more professional looking films. Pretty good in low light situations. Sony tends to have a great reputation.
