Best Camera - No blurring, compact, for partying/clubs, to take to university.?

Hey!

So I'm off to Uni next year and was planning on investing some money (not too much though! max £200) into a good camera that won't break down too easier.

I kinda like the look of the 'coolpix s550' type camera's.

Needs to have PLENTY of memory/long lasting power.

Good Quality, not so bothered about great zoom in power

But i HATE all those camera's that BLUR you're amazing photos, so that you can actually tell the person who took it was off there face drunk! So yeh

Anyone have any ideas of a good compact camera, non blurring one, that will take mega AMAZING pictures of my nights out??

What camera do you guys use? Is it any good?

Use a Nikon Coolpix.  Consult the user manual, and turn up the ISO as high as it'll go, and make sure the flash is on, that'll help.

But, in the end, it is not the camera that blurs the photo, but the photographer in question.  Basically, the less you wave the camera around, the less it'll blur.  Simple.

Hello Miss. Sunshine! FYI, the blur is caused by the photographer, not by the camera. Use it right and it won't blur!
