I need a year or two before I go back to school so for now I could get any job waitessing, working front desk, reception...Just over minimum wage jobs.

Ive lived in Winnipeg my whole life and just want to get out, and basically start a whole new life.

  1. BC is booming  the Olympics are comming

  2. Edmonton or Calgary.  At the local 7-11 here they are offering a $700 signing bonus.

  3. Just about any Canadian city will offer you lots of options.  If  you choose Toronto or Vancouver the cost of living will be very high.  If you choose somewhere like St. John's, Newfoundland you may earn less money, but the cost of living will also be less in many ways, and you would be living in a very friendly and easy going area.    There are plenty of jobs in most cities in Canada right now, particularly in tourism, waitressing, etc., so think about where you would like to be, and start your plan for moving there.  My choice would be somewhere like St. Catharines, Ontario - beautiful area, close to the Canada/US border and to Toronto, lots to see and do, many options.  Best of luck with your plans.
