im just wondering what would be a good weekly routine for me.
i hav a heavy bag, dumbells and i do runs.
i want to combine all these 3 to get the best results.
sometimes i know i over do, like 2 days in a row of intense boxing and runs aswell.
im just looking for a mon-fri routine that would suite me.
like ex. monday - bag, weights
tue- 4k run etc...
i want to do 5 days a week, mon through friday, thats why im looking for a more spaced routine so i dont cause any injuries
my main aim is to lose a bit of stomach fat, build up the abs, bicepts and speed.
