Best Cell Phone Company on the Outer Banks of NC?

I am switching providers before I move back. I know that it is a rural area and the cell phone service pretty much sucks regardless of who you go with, but I'd at least like to compare 2 or 3 companies.

ATT or verizon depends on the type of phone you like. I suggest checking them both out instore
