I would say Australia, Canada

Or Germany in Europe. They seem very "child friendly" places in my experience

I'm from the UK, living in Singapore at the moment and it is actually a great place to bring up your family.  A very safe country but with slightly wilder places to visit right on the doorstep if you feel the need (which you would after 12 months or so as Singapore is a very small country).

Canada might be better long term though.  I've been here 6 years and can see maybe another 6 ahead, but after that, I think I'll be looking to relocate.

I agree with BigSis Singapore is great!!!! Theres so much to do, plus you live in a clean and very safe city and just outside of the city is the most beautiful lush green jungle. Also you have so many different kids of people and a lot of culture around you.
