Question:

Best ETF's for Investing?

After saving for my daughters college, bills, play money, etc. I have about 200 per month left over that isn't getting any bigger in my savings account. I am thinking of using Share Builder to invest in some ETF's. Does anyone have any suggestions on which ones I should look into? How would you suggest I split the 200? Should I get just one, two, more?

Thanks in advance.

  1. Without having more information about your personal information, such as age, current income and other data such as risk tolerance, martial status, and demographics it would be very inappropriate for me or any other person to provide specific investment information in this type of media

However, you should visit MSN Money which under their "investing" section has an entire section devoted to ETFs.  (http://moneycentral.msn.com/home.asp) You can get information from real professionals specializing in ETFs

    Good luck

  2. I just start buying into REIT ETF  with Vanguard. It is a real estate investment trust ETF.  Ticker symbol VNQ. It trades on the American Stock Exchange. This covers residential and commercial real estate. I can get into real estate without the hassle of owning them.
