Looking to travel to East Europe this New Years Eve, looking for the best place to go. My criteria are:

-- Not too many tourists (so NOT places like Prague, Krakow, Warsaw etc.)

-- Good night life, clubs, bars etc.

-- Cheap beer.

-- Somewhere that will be fun for NYE!

Cheers :)

  1. Do NYE in Zagreb, Croatia. It's a great sized city, not too many tourists, good nightlife, good quality and cheap beer, very central and accessible to other parts of Europe, and an amazing place too. I want to go back as soon as I can.

Hit the main square in Zagreb for all the festivities on New Years Eve. The clubs, bars and nightlife are all around there, so they will be very easy to find.

Croatians are also very friendly too.

    All the best!

  2. Karlovy Vary? , Czech Republic

    Wroclaw,Gdansk or Poznan, Poland

Budapest, (not too many tourists...city is soo big)

    How about Berlin? Leipzig, Dresden?

RIGA, TALINN ROCK! (other Estonia cities Tarnu)

or Helsinki or smaller Finnsih city. Awesome nightlife in the Baltics.

Or Vienna..if you like clubs..close proximity to all those other places..
