Austria. I lived there and will again. It is different and fun.

If you don't speak and other languages your options will be limited, I studied in London and loved it, it is so big, different and vibrant, it is amazing. Prague is also amazing, more quaint, beautiful and incredibly interesting and I know many people who studied there and loved it. You will have the time of your life no matter where you go.

The Netherlands.  Firstly, The Netherlands is just a cool country to hang out in terms of parties tourist destinations and night spots. Most of the Universities there have programs in English and almost all the younger people speak it. So, there really is no language barrier, but there is still an opportunity to learn a second language(Dutch), and you will probably even be able to pick up some German. It won't be as familiar as say the U.K. or Ireland, but not as foreign as Germany or some Scandinavian countries.  It will have the best of both worlds. Trust me.
