i want to try something new so what is he best salty food you ever tasted?

Thai peanut noodles. Not always salty but can be. You can make the sauce from a mix at home too

Sushi. The seaweed is salty, but yet it has an odder taste than that. It is hard to explain, but delicious. If you don't think you can handle sushi, try California rolls; they are sushi made with veggies instead of raw fish.    :)

Heres something new you can try...

Try eat some Hawaiian food.

Kill a pig

Chop it up into shrides or bits

Fried it up

Cook some rice

put a little shoyu on top of your rice and rost pig

1) Frito Pie - trashy yet delicious

2) Tom Kha Gai - a Thai soup with coconut milk, chicken, lemongrass and lime juice.  Amy's makes a pretty good canned one.  It's salty and tangy.  It's really good over the Trader Joe's lime rice pilaf.

3) Dutch salt licorice

4) Baked sweet potato (not yam) with butter and Eurasian Black salt (not a smoked salt, but somewhat sulfuric...delicious) and pepper.  You can microwave it and eat it just like a baked potato.

5) Chile relleno burrito with refried beans.

It's all nice and sodium-laden stuff guaranteed to give you sausage fingers.

Best salty food I ever tasted was a Caramel Nut popcorn that had a salty coating on it. Not sure who makes it!
