Best For Photo Editing??

Im looking for one of those programs that morphs your pics...ive seen one where it looks like your reflection is in rippling water...but i cant find anything like that...got any good ones???

  1. Adobe Photoshop is the most popular one, for what your doing don't blow all your money on CS3. Get a lesser version, if you go to Adobe's website you can download trials.


  2. try adobe photoshop. then open help (or press F1) and type "FILTER" on the index for details. there are many options there for adding effects on your picture
