I'm about 5'10.5 and 130lbs..a 159cm board comes right up to my chin (im not sure if i should get a 156)

-i do a lot of rails, boxes, and big jumps

-i like to ride fakie

-i need a light board that's twin-tipped with enough flex, but not so much that i lose pop

any board suggestions (and height ones too)?

  1. ummm i suggest for rail a shorter one.

  2. Weight matters more than height when picking a board and as you are quite light for your height you should be going for  alot alot smaller than a 159 for a freestyle board.  You could consider going for a jib board which are great for rails and boxes, switch riding, buttering etc. Some good jib boards are Rome Artifact, Apo Selecta, Ride Kink, Burton Dominant, Capita Stairmaster, Signal Park etc. If you go for a jib board you could go as low as a 150 im not sure on your level of riding but jib boards are easy to ride so are good for all levels of riders. If you want a slightly stiffer board  try a Forum Youngblood, Batalleon Evil twin or a K2 Darkstar to name a few but go a bit longer say around a 152, Good luck.
