Best Golf Courses (Public or Private) in Michigan?

Question

I have played quite a bit of them but wondered what your guys opinions were, not Golf Digests'.

Crystal Downs, Arcadia, Tullymore, Forest Dunes...

The Mountain course at Crystal Mountain Resort is one of the nicest courses I have played in Mi. the other one is the Bear at acme.

My favorite is Crystal Downs way up in Frankfort.  The back nine is not quite as good as the front nine but its world class, rated high in the top 100 from all the magazines.   Arcadia Bluffs is also good (public) and its only a short drive away.

My favorite in Michigan is Angles Crossings in Vicksburg. The place is absoutly beautiful. Also my brother used to work at the Moors Golf Club in Portage and I've played there a few times and I enjoyed but my favorite is Angles by far. Everything at both clubs are kept very clean and the grounds-keeping is second to none.

Harbour Point Golf Club, Bay Harbor Golf Club, Oakland Hills Country Club, Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club, Treetops Resort.

Sheppard's Hollow is a nice course very beautiful and a test of golf.
