Best Home Theater in a Box for around 400 bux?

What is the best home theater in a box i can buy with around 400 dollars... i bought a Samsung HTTX72 for 400 dollars at best buy but ended up returning it because it was damaged and also because i found a better price online... (330 shipped no taxes) should i go with the HTTX72 or upgrade to the HTTX75 (419 bux total) or is there something better for about the same price?
