Best Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is?

Do you think www.MarabellaSuites.com is the best value on the beach in Cabo????

Hola!  There are so many hotels and resorts in Cabo now, its really hard to rate them against each other.  I will however give you my opinion on the Marbella.

The Marbella Suites is a boutique hotel, meaning it is smaller, quaint and has all the hotel ammenities that an all-inclusive does not.  It is located on the corridor, which means it is not right in the town of Cabo, it is about 7.5 km  away and the entrance is a distance from the freeway exit.  That means you will have to consider shuttle service/taxis or car rental to get around.  The Marbella has a lovely beach but the swimming can be rougher, due to the ocean currents.  I would consider this hotel to be older and established.  Food is rated good, the room accomodations are approx. 3+ star, the overall value is on the budget side.

So, to answer your question.  No I don't think the Marbella is the best hotel in CSL.

If you want to be right in the town of Cabo on a beach, then I would recommend the Melia CSL.  It is a 5 star hotel and would provide you with the same ammenities except you would be walking distance to town and on a very exciting and busy, swimmable beach.  It will cost more, but you won't be disappointed.

h**l no.  the best value is to bring a tent and a sleeping bag and sleep on the beach.  Even better, ditch the tent and sleep under the stars.
