I'm not sure of the correct spelling, it's called "kemas", which is minced mutton with peas in spicy/tomato gravy. I like it with roti.

Chicken Birihani(i think i spelled it right). Its chicken with basmati rice(the best kind of rice), thrown in are some boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, and green beans.
