Best International University/College?

Question

I live in the US and I want to look into International schools. Which do you think is the best. I would prefer somewhere like canada,france,london,australia. But if there is a very good one somewhere else then i would like to know. Thankss

I think  university everywhere is a good,

but I would like to show one of university
