I've seen far too many to pick just one but one of my favorites was Kostya Tszyu KO 2 Zab Judah.  That was plain funny.

Zab has all the talent in the world but no brains to go along with it.  He's just not a smart fighter at all.  To show no regard to a man who holds 2/3 of the title you're trying to win is just plain stupid.  

Tszyu's right hand changed everything.  Zab hit the canvas as if some force pulled him there.  Like a dummy, Judah pops up, instead of taking the 8 count like any marginally intelligent fighter would do.  He then did the funky chicken dance, like a crackhead running for a bus.............then fell again.  Mind you, this is still from ONE right hand.  

After he fell again like a, dirt diver on prozac, he jumped up, pointed to referee Jay Nady as if to say

"Joo......Joo did thish ta me!!  Why'd joo kick me!!"   with the dumbest expression on his face.  

The rest is history.  The dummy started a fight with a ref who saved his sorry butt, TWO knockdowns from ONE punch.  It's time to stop the fight.
