Best Lead 20-Gauge Load??

I am looking to buy about 5 boxes of hunting lead for this season. I will be using it for primarily pheasant, squirrel, && rabbit. I want 3" in. for the extended range. Preferrably #6 shot. If anyone could tell me what would be the best brand of shell for this purpose it would be greatly appreciated. I was looking at the Fiochii Golden Pheasant loads and was fairly impressed. I DO NOT want to spend more than $15 a box for this!!! Thanks for the help!!!

  1. Think of it this way:

More pheasants (the Fiocchi) or more shots finishing off cripples.

I use Fiocchi's and my personal favorite, Baschieri & Pellagri. They make some of the most impressive loads I've seen, without breaking the bank. They've won Olympic medals and are favored by many.

Their nickel plated 20 gauge hunting shells pattern unbelievably. For around $80 per 200, thats only 41 cents per shell! (compared to $1.66 of the Fiocchi)

Check out the homepage here. They have a neat video of their ammo in action:

Then, heres their 20 gauge hunting load page.
