Dude Xtreme Couture is so overrated. First of all, it is WAY overpriced, you get a different instructor every time, and they do a stupid military rank system instead of belts. The thing that turned me off the most is that its like 150$ a month for a two days a week membership.

Marc Laimon's is pretty good but its located in a bad part of town.

I would definitely reccommend either StrikingUnlimited with Frank Mir. They have an excellent MMA class along with Jiu Jitsu and Boxing classes.

Also, Warrior Training Center with Forrest Griffin. Great MMA program with a good emphasis on the ground. That is where the Brazilian Top Team trains.
