Use some mascara, and just enough eyeliner to define your eyes.

If your eye makeup is perfectly done, everything else will just fall into place. They do say your eyes are the most expressive part of your body. People usually notice the eyes first. ♥

Well, I don't know your skin colour or anything, but I'll do my best =]

Pale skin:

Eyeshadow: Golden, Browns, etc.

Blush: Pink, Salmon, Rosy, etc.

Lipgloss: Pink with a clear coat of gloss.

Beige skin: (You can add a bit more colour)

Eyeshadow: Nude colour on your whole eye, and then at the bottom toward your eyelashes, get some pinks, grays, blacks and whites.

Lipgloss: Pink. No needed gloss unless you want.

Blush: A very light pink, mixed with a very light red
