Best Makeup to use??

Question

What's the best make-up out there to use daily? Like concealers and coverups and stuff like that to hide any pimples. Does Bare Minerals work? And is you could suggest any good makeup to me that would be great!! :]

I havent tried bare minerals but I have used maybelline mineral powder natural perfecting powder foundation. I like it when I feel l need a little more coverage. Other than that I use liquid concealer by covergirl and any light bronzer for all over colour. I have bath and body works tinted mentholated lip gloss, looooove it. Also my mascara is voluminous by revlon or volume express by maybelline. Depends on your different types of skin and eyelashes but I am fair complected and have light eyelashes so this all works well for me.

i love Bare Minerals. It's the best foundation I've used. It looks natural and has actually improved my skin. ( I don't use them the whole system, just the foundation)

as for concealers etc., that's more challenging. I think the best thing you can do is improve your skin care regime, and then your concealer won't be as important. Use a gentle cleanser (ie. Cetaphil) and wash your face 2x a day (especially at night when you remove your makeup). exfoliate a couple times a week. moisturise and use spf. use tea tree oil on your acne and don't pick at it. drink lots of water.

Bare minerals works really well for me. I have to admit, I was like I will NEVER try any of these knock off brands after using bare minerals for 3 years, until I saw a review on everyday minerals vs bare minerals and they have the same ingredients, EXCEPT bare minerals uses bismuth oxychloride which is what makes it shiny and some people oily. So I can't wait for my free sample of everyday minerals to show up, they actually have matte, semi-matte and oil control finishes instead of just glow like bare minerals. Mineral foundation gives me good coverage using a concealer brush just like if I were using a traditional concealer. It's a lot better for your skin.

Bare minerals is the best make up!

it's a little pricey but you wont want to go back to anything else. When i wear mine.. and i ask my friends if i put to much on the ask me if i'm even wearing any!! And i have some red spots on my chin and when i use the powder concealer...you cant even see them anymore! It works great and is worth your money!

I use MAC liquid foundation, Physician's Formula radiance blush/bronzer/shimmer (has a few shimmer squares, few pink, plenty brown) and they work great together! The MAC really evens everything out and sometimes I don't need any bronzer/blush. And the Physician's Formula really makes me look one or two shades tanner and still looks completely natural and not fake or caked on. But go lightly! I know you didn't ask for these parts but Maybelline Define a Line and Clinique Natrual Glossy Mascara works great! Also, for zits, go to Sephora, they should have good stuff!
