  1. Steak with A1 sauce and fried shrimp.

  2. There is nothing easy about this question. LOL.  It's like asking someone what they would like to have for their last meal.  For most "Foodies" it would depend on the moment.

    For me it would be:

Meat: Either a great Rib steak (bone in please) or Lamb chops.  Both only seasoned with a good salt and fresh ground pepper, then grilled over wood or charcoal until just above rare.

Seafood: Fresh Coho Salmon cooked in parchment with lemon, butter and dill.

Shellfish: Grilled Australian Lobster tail or fresh Stone Crab.

Italian: Classic baked Lasagna, Angel Hair and seafood (scallops, prawns and mushrooms) Al Fredo, Basil pesto and linguini.

Mexican: Chili Reninos, Guacamole, refried beans and corn tortillas.

Asian: Pad Thai or Mongolian Beef

Greek: Classic (no lettuce) salad, spanacopatia, baklava

    Indian: Chicken Marsala

French: Anything with a cream sauce.

    Spain: Payalla

I have made all of these and prefer my own, but would really like someone else to do the dishes.  LOL
