  1. I've developed scalp psoriasis six years ago and still have it. So I know what you are  going through. My heart goes out to you. I've been to the best Dermatology center in Dallas and used several scalp medication such as Derma-smoothe oil, Taclonex(used sample only because it cost $400) and started on another medication this week called Clobetasol Propionate Solution which seems to be working.  The next best thing the doctor told me, would to get laser treatments twice a week in Dallas, but I live about an hour away from there, so I'm hoping the Clobetasol works. I've let my gray hair grow out so the scales doesn't show as much and I know that sunlight helps, so I keep my hair short and try to expose my head to the sun.

Go to a dermatologist and get some stronger medication that would at least help with the itching and the scales. The store shampoo do not work. Hope you can get the help you need. Good luck
